I was just thinking about my construction and remodeling sub domain. It isn't generating as much income as I expected. Perhaps it's because of the economy. But then I was also thinking, it might actually be the best time to buy right now. The prices might be lower, and we all know that with winter and the holidays coming, prices will go up. So why not buy what you need from these people while the prices are relatively low?

Even if you don't buy anything, at least you'll know they're there when you do decide to remodel. And we all know that when we make improvements to our home, it increases in value.
