CompTIA Security+ Training Kit (Exam SY0-301) Review

Very nice! This kit covers what you need to know in order to pass the exam; it is well written, and easy to read on the Kindle. Security must be the first priority when setting up any company dealing with the web. What company doesn’t deal with the web at least part of the time? This book covers so many aspects of the web that while you won’t be an expert at the end, you are certainly well on your way.
You will need to cover a lot of ground in order to pass the exam, but with this book, you certainly have an excellent chance of doing so. I actually took a test before starting this review. I wanted to know how extensive the questions were. Below are the type of questions:
Let’s face it, if we want to be security minded, we can’t just talk the talk. We also have to walk the walk. In other words, are for real and know you’re talking about so that you can help people with security issues? Or are you just hot air with no idea of how to do what you just said?
The only thing I saw wrong is the fact that if you buy the digital book, there is no link to get the CD contents that accompany the kit. The link in the PDF doesn’t work, so I called the following number: 1-800-998-9938 / 707-827-7000; Or you can email orders@oreilly.com
